Refund and cancellation policy
Rules for workshop deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds at App Willow Base. These apply only to educational sessions we offer—not to products or shipping we do not provide.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to deposits or fees paid for confirmed workshop seats or private coaching sessions booked with App Willow Base. Informational prices on the website are not charges until we confirm a booking in writing.
Timeframe
Cancel 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled workshop start for a full refund of fees paid. Cancel between 6 days and 48 hours before start for a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are generally non-refundable except where Korean consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Full and partial refunds
Full refunds are issued when we cancel a session, when you cancel within the 7-day window, or when a seat cannot be delivered as described. Partial refunds follow the 50% window above or may be offered if only part of a multi-evening studio has been delivered.
Non-refundable items
Printed handouts already produced for your seat after the 48-hour window, and completed private coaching time, are non-refundable. Digital notes shared during a session you attended are not separately refundable.
Refund process
Email hello@appwillowbase.click with your name, workshop title, date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Cancellation by App Willow Base
If we must cancel due to facilitator illness, venue issues, or insufficient enrolment, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra fee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once to another published date of the same workshop if you notify us at least 5 days before the original start. Further changes are treated as a cancellation under the timeframe rules.
Deposits
Some workshops may request a deposit to hold a seat. Deposits are credited toward the informational fee and follow the same refund windows as full fees.
No-shows
If you do not attend and did not cancel, the fee is forfeited. We may, at our discretion, offer a single makeup seat in a later Foundations session if space allows—this is not guaranteed.
Work already started
If a multi-evening studio has begun and you withdraw, fees for completed evenings are non-refundable; remaining evenings may receive a partial refund assessed case by case.
Purchased materials
We do not sell separate product kits. Any materials included in the workshop fee stay with you after attendance and are not returnable for refund.
