When you use the contact form or book a workshop, we may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, workshop interest, and the content of your message. Server logs may include IP address and basic browser data.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, confirm seats, send practical workshop details, and keep basic booking records. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We store a consent preference in your browser using localStorage under a brand-prefixed key. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Storage and access
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for booking administration and follow-up, then deleted or anonymised. Access is limited to people operating App Willow Base.
Disclosure
We do not share your details with third parties for marketing. We may disclose information if required by Korean law or to protect the safety of participants at the studio.
Your choices
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@appwillowbase.click. You may also ask us to delete enquiry records where we no longer need them for a booking.
